Mr. Cipriani has over 29 years of accounting and auditing experience of Cooperative Housing Corporations, Condominium/Homeowner Associations and Not – for – Profit organizations. He also has over 29 years of individual and corporate tax filing experience.
Fred has a long resume of public speaking, including the presentation of Audited Financial Statements at annual shareholder meetings. Mr. Cipriani has experience as an adjunct professor for St. John’s University and is currently holding a not-for-profit position as treasurer of the Staten Island Youth Soccer League along with serving on the board of Catholic Charities of Staten Island.
Mr. Cipriani is a graduate of the St. John’s University and continues his professional education in auditing, accounting and taxation.
Mr. Bauer has over 24 years of experience with Cooperative Housing Corporations, Condominium Associations, Homeowner Associations and Not-for-Profit accounting and auditing.
He also specializes in auditing and accounting compliance for New York City Business Improvement Districts (BIDS). In addition, he is a New Jersey Notary Public and has comprehensive knowledge of small business computer, network and accounting information systems.
Lyle has also served as an adjunct professor at St. John’s University.
Mr. Bauer graduated with his BS and MS in Accounting from St. John’s University and continues his professional education in auditing, accounting and taxation.
